Dirige, coordonne et contrôle les activités de sa direction. Voit au développement des ressources humaines de sa direction. Favorise le travail d’équipe à l’intérieur de sa direction et avec les autres intervenants internes et externes.
S’assure d’une maximisation des procédés et procédures opérationnels afin de maintenir l’équilibre entre la qualité du service offert aux clients et la rentabilité de l’entreprise.
Participe aux comités de gestion et aux différents comités de projets relatifs à sa direction.
Diplôme d’études universitaires de 1er cycle en Administration ou l’équivalent
Cinq (5) à huit (8) années d’expérience dans la gestion des opérations, en développement des processus opérationnels et/ou en gestion de personnel
Connaissance de la suite MS Office, des technologies de télécommunication, des aspects financiers des centres d'appels et des outils qui y sont utilisés.
