Position Summary: Elite Developments is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our residential and commercial projects. This role is designed for a results-driven professional who combines strong leadership skills with extensive knowledge of the real estate development process. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of our projects, ensuring they meet our standards of quality, innovation, and sustainability. Your expertise will drive our mission to develop properties that enhance communities and deliver exceptional value to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership : Lead the planning and execution of large-scale real estate development projects from conception through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Management : Build, mentor, and lead a diverse project team of professionals, including managing third party architects, contractors, and consultants.
  • Financial Oversight : Develop and manage project budgets, perform financial analysis, and ensure financial performance aligns with company objectives. Monitor expenditures and make adjustments as necessary to remain within budget constraints.
  • Project Engagement : Maintain effective communication and relationships with all project stakeholders, including community groups, government officials, and team members. Negotiate contracts and manage conflicts or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management : Identify potential risks to project timelines, budgets, and quality. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all projects comply with regulations, obtaining all necessary permits and approvals. Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact project development.
  • Reporting and Documentation : Provide regular reports on project status, progress, and financials to senior management. Ensure comprehensive project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the real estate development industry, with a proven track record of leading successful residential and commercial projects.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and investment analysis.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the development process, including design, construction, and market launch phases.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
