We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our R&D Team. In this role, you'll be pivotal in leading critical projects from start to finish, developing detailed plans, and ensuring timely delivery. You will be working closely with customers and our R&D team to communicate project status updates, and be the customer’s main point of contact for all technical and project related questions.
Build and maintain a complete project plan by partnering with teams, key stakeholders, and customers
Ensure projects are broken down and estimated to establish reliable delivery dates
Act as the main customer’s technical point of contact
Develop and maintain project KPIs that track project quality, delivery and predictability
Be responsible for managing the risks of projects and associated actions
5+ years of proven experience as a technical project manager of delivering complex projects in a Product & Technology organization
~ Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
~ A deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
~ Ability to work independently on projects with tight deadlines, under minimal supervision
