Intermediate Structural Engineer (full-time permanent position)
GM Blue Plan is currently seeking an Intermediate Structural Engineer to join our Infrastructure Renewal, Design and Construction Team. The role involves providing structural engineering solutions to municipal clients for various infrastructure projects.
Reviewing detailed structural engineering design calculations and drawings.
Preparing professional communications such as letters, technical memoranda, and reports.
Developing cost estimates, construction specifications, and structural engineering drawings.
Supporting permitting processes, inspecting construction activities, and providing contract administration.
Licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.
7+ years of experience in structural engineering design and construction.
Experience with inspections, rehabilitation projects, and construction contracts.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and finite element modeling software.
Dynamic work environment with flexible hours and work-life balance.
Exposure to diverse civil engineering projects.
Extra-curricular social activities.
