Analyste de la stratégie d’ingénierie, équipe d’ingénierie et de développement de produits Dans votre rôle idéal, vous allez
  • Définir et développer la stratégie d’ingénierie visant à construire et à maintenir une organisation d’ingénierie solide et durable pour tous les sites de Bombardier
  • Recueillir, analyser les données, tirer des conclusions et générer des recommandations stratégiques à l’appui des objectifs de l’organisation
  • Documenter, simplifier et présenter les recommandations aux cadres de l’ingénierie
  • Soutenir la planification stratégique de la main-d’œuvre d’ingénierie en accord avec les demandes et le mandat du site
  • Évaluer les renseignements sur la concurrence, les analyses comparatives de l’industrie et les rapports sur le marché afin de fournir des renseignements stratégiques et des recommandations
  • Diriger et influencer les parties prenantes (leadership), en les alignant sur un objectif commun.
  • Préparer et animer des ateliers avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour la validation des plans et des stratégies proposés.
En tant que notre candidat idéal
  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire de préférence en affaires ou dans un domaine analytique tel que l’ingénierie.
  • Vous avez acquis un MBA ou un autre titre professionnel (un actif)
  • Vous avez au moins cinq (5) à huit (8) ans d’expérience professionnelle dans un environnement stratégique dans une industrie manufacturière ;
  • Vous avez de solides compétences en recherche et en analyse avec un engagement envers la rigueur et l’attention aux détails ;
  • Vous avez une connaissance de l’industrie aérospatiale (un atout) ;
  • Vous avez une solide expérience de la gestion de projets stratégiques.
  • Vous avez la capacité de synthèse et de présentation d’informations complexes ;
  • Vous avez la capacité d’exercer l’entière discrétion dans le traitement de questions hautement confidentielles
  • Vous avez de très fortes compétences en communication, en leadership, en organisation et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Vous avez la capacité de coordonner et de diriger des réunions et des présentations efficaces.
  • Vous aimez travailler avec les chiffres d’une manière méthodique et rigoureuse.
  • Vous avez des compétences en anglais et en français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • Vous connaissez les outils de l’environnement Office 365, en particulier MS-Excel et PowerPoint, y compris tous les outils de collaboration tels que SharePoint et Teams
