We are caring. Lead the implementation of Echelon's underwriting strategies, policies, programs and services to align growth, retention and expense goals
Lead operational initiatives with a focus on excellence in underwriting, efficiency, quality, profitability and people strategies
Maintain knowledge of industry, market, and competition; anticipate external market trends, internal needs and/or client needs
Create comprehensive plans, balancing all relevant factors including profit targets, effective use of capital, people, systems, risks - linked to customer satisfaction and strategic and operational goals
Responsible for achieving operational goals, while adhering to client service standards and being compliant with company and industry regulatory standards
Monitor risk selection and maintain underwriting integrity by adhering to underwriting standards as outlined by Echelon's Underwriting Guidelines
10 plus years of LHT and Commercial Auto experience in a hands-on senior leadership role
~ Possess sound personal and commercial underwriting judgment backed by analytical competence
