We are looking for an experienced Law Clerk, for a full-time, permanent position, to join our dynamic and growing firm in servicing our financial institution clients. The successful candidate should have strong knowledge of the litigation process.
This is a good position for someone who is detailed oriented, a self-starter with excellent technical skills and has the ability to work both within a team and independent environment. The successful candidate must also have a solid working knowledge of superior court and small claims court proceedings and procedures; Prepare, serve and file superior court and small claims court documents, including pleadings; Drafting documents and letters; and other miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned from time to time;
Minimum 1-5 years previous experience as a Litigation Law Clerk
Strong knowledge of the litigation process in Ontario
Successful completion of a related post-secondary education program in a law clerk program
Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications
Business casual dress
On-site parking
8 hour shift; Monday to Friday
