MPE, an Englobe company is seeking an Environmental Process Engineer to join our team in our Calgary office.

Your Contribution

As an Environmental Process Engineer , you will work in collaboration with the Water Resource Team. Your duties will involve working on a wide range of projects including water and wastewater treatment plants, water and wastewater pump stations, and general municipal infrastructure.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules
  • Conduct site inspections and oversee the construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities
  • Design work related to water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, and related infrastructure
  • Development of technical reports
  • Provide construction supervision and administration for water and wastewater related projects
  • Infrastructure assessments and studies
  • Provide general assistance to Project Managers within the group.

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 5-10 years' experience.
  • Be an independent Project Manager.
  • Be a registered P.Eng. with extensive experience working on municipal projects in Alberta.
  • Have a solid background in Civil and Environmental Process Engineering with experience in water and/or wastewater treatment system design.
  • Have a working knowledge in Structural, HVAC, Electrical and Controls.
  • Communicate effectively and have the ability to lead a high-performing, multi-discipline team through design and contract administration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years' experience.
  • Be an independent Project Manager.
