Reporting to the General Manager and collaborating with department directors, you will have the following responsibilities to manage large-scale, complex projects:
Accompany, supervise and support project managers and superintendents throughout the project.
Be the reference for bids, management and project execution files.
Attend special site meetings as well as important statutory meetings with the client.
Supervise and present possible solutions and/or alternatives when necessary to make a project more profitable.
Review the majority of contracts, proposals and important correspondence for the project.
Closely monitor and control project deadlines.
To work on large-scale and diversified projects with a certain complexity
Required Skills and Qualities:
BAC in Civil Engineering.
Knowledge of deep foundations is a great asset.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Employee management and mobilization skills.
Travel to construction sites required.
Fluency in French and English, spoken and written.
