Lead terminal operations for Nutrien with a focus on safety and efficiency. This senior managerial role optimizes both dry and liquid fertilizer terminals across North America. As a Senior Manager, you will oversee multiple distribution terminals, ensuring safe and reliable operations. Your responsibilities include supporting new port developments, engaging with labor unions, and providing oversight of existing deepwater terminals. This role emphasizes leadership, clear accountability, and effective communication with your team and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe operations of distribution terminals
- Support new port development and contract reviews
- Oversee terminal budget preparation and capital planning
- Lead terminal supervisors and set performance expectations
- Implement continuous improvements in processes and safety
- Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in operations and supervisory roles
- Experience in port facility and rail operations
- Knowledge of safety management programs preferred
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office tools
