Job Summary The Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for ensuring company directed visual merchandising (VM) strategies and standards are brought to life. This role executes product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements to optimize guests’ (i.e., customers) experiences. The Visual Merchandising Specialist implements key product stories, product placement strategies, and sell-through strategies by managing merchandise changes as well as product display and mannequin styling, in accordance with company standards and adapted to the individual store need. They also deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor. Core Responsibilities of the Job- Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
- Optimize guests’ experiences through consistent implementation of brand standards in key product stories, product placement strategies, and intuitive store navigation for a world-class, guest-centric experience.
- Execute powerful and visually appealing product presentation in accordance with company standards to enhance the guest experience and drive store sell through.
- Execute VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal or weekly merchandise changes as well as company-driven product initiatives and campaigns, as directed.
- Connect with guests on the floor to assess their unique needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end guest experience.
- Provide direct feedback and in-the-moment training related to brand standards, product placement, and visual display techniques to support team members ongoing learning and development.
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing supportive working relationships with team members.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
- Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
- Schedule/Availability
- The work schedule can vary based on store needs
- Shifts are typically scheduled: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- In addition, during peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances, the schedule may include early mornings or late nights/overnights for some employees
- 1 year of retail or sales work experience
- Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field
- Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above; training or degree in design or a related field
- Experience (not necessarily the focus of a role): retail product merchandising, visual merchandising, or inventory management; managing projects, processes, or administering part of a business operation
- For Experiential stores with food/beverage service only: Food safety and/or liquor service certification

- Work involves moving boxes, fixtures and mannequins weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) as well as bending, reaching, stretching, and sometimes using ladders to reach materials or adjust presentation elements

- Collabore avec l’équipe de gestion du magasin pour donner vie à la présentation du MV et à l’expérience-invité sur le plancher.
- Optimise l’expérience-invité en suivant les normes de la marque en réalisant les mises en récit clés des produits, les stratégies de placement de produits et la navigation intuitive en magasin pour une expérience de classe mondiale et centrée sur les invités.
- Exécute une présentation de produits efficace et visuellement attirante qui est conforme aux normes de l’entreprise afin d’améliorer l’expérience-invité et l’écoulement des stocks du magasin.
- Exécute les changements de MV, y compris les activations de vitrine, les tenues de mannequins, l’affichage et la mise à jour des étiquettes, et les changements de marchandise hebdomadaires ou saisonniers ainsi que les initiatives et campagnes liées aux produits pilotées par l’entreprise, au besoin.
- Communique avec les invités sur le plancher pour évaluer leurs besoins uniques, offre de l’éducation technique sur les produits et intègre les programmes multiplateformes à une expérience-invité harmonieuse du début à la fin.
- Offre de la rétroaction directe et de la formation immédiate sur les normes de la marque, le placement de produits, et les techniques de présentation visuelle afin d’appuyer l’apprentissage et le développement des membres de l’équipe.

- Doit être légalement autorisé(e) à travailler dans le pays dans lequel le magasin est situé.
- Doit avoir la capacité de se rendre au magasin assigné en utilisant des moyens de transport fiables.
- L’horaire de travail peut varier en fonction des besoins du magasin.
- Les quarts de travail ont normalement lieu les matins, les après-midi, les soirs, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés.
- De plus, pendant les périodes achalandées, les événements spéciaux ou d’autres circonstances, l’horaire de certains employés peut inclure des petits matins ou des soirées tardives/des nuits complètes.
- Un an d’expérience dans la vente au détail ou dans le domaine de la vente.
- De l’éducation ou de l’expérience en marchandisage visuel, en marchandisage de la mode, en design graphique, en design intérieur, en planification de l’espace ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Éducation : diplôme d’études secondaires, formation générale ou équivalent ou éducation supérieure; formation ou diplôme en design ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience (pas nécessairement liée à la responsabilité essentielle d’un rôle) : marchandisage de produits en vente au détail, marchandisage visuel ou gestion des stocks; gestion de projets ou de processus, ou administration d’un aspect d’une entreprise commerciale.
- Magasins expérientiels servant des aliments ou de la boisson seulement : certification en salubrité alimentaire ou en service de spiritueux.

- Le travail du ou de la titulaire du poste se fait en équipe, mais également de façon indépendante et parfois avec un ordinateur ou d’autres appareils techniques.
- Le ou la titulaire du poste doit déplacer des boîtes, des présentoirs et des mannequins d’un poids d’environ 13,6 kg (30 lb), ainsi que se pencher, s’étirer et, parfois, utiliser des échelles pour atteindre des objets ou ajuster des éléments de présentation.
