Job Description: Paul & Christian Associates @ Sotheby's International Realty is looking for an enthusiastic, creative Real Estate Marketer to join our high-performing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote our property listings and enhance brand awareness through online and traditional marketing.
The position requires ongoing interaction with our team of Realtors to create, manage and create content and ensure that our website, newsletter, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), print collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand.
Our ideal candidate has worked for a real estate brokerage or in a luxury product environment. They are creative, at the forefront of digital marketing, and understand how to effectively market properties and the team.

Create effective content. Deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely, both print and digital, to promote new listings, past sales, as well as the team;
· Develop new community events and suggest engaging content to attract potential followers and enhance the team's image 
· Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, Google ad sponsorship
· Write, create, and execute monthly newsletter and be able to provide insightful data
· Maintain Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and other social media accounts and respond to followers, expertise in all aspects of social media marketing to attract new followers and generate leads
· Take photos at industry events, team functions, agents’ open houses, and then market on social media platforms

A diploma or degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
· Ideally, experience in the real estate industry
· 2+ years of experience in Marketing
· Added bonus: proficiency with Google ads, Square Space (website maintenance) and Mailchimp
