This is a great opportunity for an Intermediate Estimator to join a high-profile company working on large projects in the commercial, infrastructure and residential sectors.
Our client is a leader in the industry as a general contractor with large projects in the infrastructure, commercial and residential sectors. They have progressively grown and are working on projects throughout Canada and have a great reputation in the industry.
This will include cost analysis, project scheduling, take-offs, pricing with subcontractors and sub-trades, and final cost estimations with the project.
Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Construction
~Experience working in the commercial, residential and infrastructure sectors
~ Knowledge ofkey principles involved in bid preparation, including quantity take-off procedures, sub-trade procurement, pricing and bid closing procedures
~ Excellent knowledge of internal software estimate programs
