JOB OVERVIEW:We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our client's prestigious law firm who is expanding operations into Quebec. This pivotal role involves handling complex litigation files, Bankruptcy, Insolvency, Collections, and Enforcement. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Litigation.REQUIREMENTSJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in Quebec.Minimum of 3+ years experience in Litigation law.A Book of Business is considered an asset.Strong understanding of federal and provincial Litigation legislation.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.WHAT THEY OFFERA competitive salary range of $85,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance and more.Generous vacation policy to ensure a balance between work and personal life.A high degree of autonomy in managing complex legal matters and contributing to strategic decisions.WHY JOIN THEM?Joining this Firm as a Litigation Lawyer will open up a massive opportunity growth track.
