Pharmacy Manager Location:

We are a well-established pharmacy in Northern Ontario, committed to providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to our community. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and motivated Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the pharmacy team, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy services, and contributing to the continued success and growth of our business.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality standards.
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to meet the needs of the pharmacy while minimizing waste and maximizing cost-efficiency.
Provide leadership in the training and development of pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and team-oriented atmosphere.
Ensure the pharmacy operates within the designated hours of 8: 30 AM to 5: 30 PM, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays (9: 00 AM – 3: 00/4: 00 PM).
Valid Pharmacist license in Ontario (must be in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a pharmacy setting.
Proficient with Kroll Pharmacy Software, including prescription processing and medication management.
Starting pay of $70/hour , with the opportunity for increases based on experience and performance.
Potential to become part-owner of the pharmacy, with profit-sharing and ownership options available.
Comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental coverage.
Monday to Friday: 8: 30 AM – 5: 30 PM
Saturday: 9: 00 AM – 3: 00/4: 00 PM
Closed on Sundays and holidays.
