This Consultant Dermatologist post sits within Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust’s Dermatology Department. You will deliver clinical care, collaborate with or supervise intermediate dermatology services, and maintain strong links with primary care. The role includes supporting registrars, clinical fellows, and junior doctors through teaching and supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical dermatology activity at Churchill Hospital
- Provide outpatient consultations, procedures, laser, and surgery
- Support outreach clinics and other Trust locations
- Supervise dermatology registrar on-call activity
- Participate in teaching, audit, and clinical governance
Requirements:
- Consultant-level dermatology practice
- Willingness to work across Trust locations
- Commitment to teaching clinical students and junior doctors
- Participation in quality improvement and risk management
- Up-to-date relevant professional practice for revalidation
