You will start your own brand in the Ventura TRAVEL network either as a specialist for a destination, travel type, or for a specific audience ( see this article for details ). With your new brand, you will have a big impact, we believe by focusing on just one niche, you can provide superior trips to our travelers. Professional experience is needed to succeed with your new brand.
Proven record of finishing projects successfully.
Good English skills, as it's our company language.
Good knowledge of Google Analytics and Data Studio.
Work experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.
Some knowledge that can help not just your brand, but us Ventura TRAVEL as a whole.
Thanks to your brand creation, people with the same passion as you can have the great vacations they deserve.
Develop & grow the new niche travel brand with the support of Ventura Travel to make it a success.
Building up strong, sustainable relationships with local partners to create unique travel experiences.
Ensuring that the website with the content you provide will show your trips in an inspiring way.
Assembling and leading a team, that will help you achieve all the above and ensures a sustainable growth.
Getting all needed financial investments to create the new brand.
Participation in the overall profit of all of our brands, such as all of our employees.
Open & transparent company culture with weekly talks with the CEO and access to all the data you need.
Option to work from our fun, central office in hip Berlin Kreuzkölln or a different location (if it makes more sense for your travel niche).
