Our client in beverage industry is looking for a Dual licensed Millwright with a strong electrical aptitude to start immediately.

Title: Dual Ticket Millwright

Location: Ajax, ON

Pay: $42.45/hr + Shift Premium ($.75)

Shifts: Rotating (Days & Nights)

Start: ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Repairing and performing routine maintenance on production equipment.
  • Maintaining logs and records of work performed as well as materials and equipment used.
  • Responsible for checking and calibrating instruments.
  • Perform equipment change-overs and production line set ups.
  • Assist with minimizing production downtime through preventive maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A valid millwright license (433-A) (309-A/422-A)
  • 3+ years of experience as a Millwright/Electrician within beverage, food, bottling, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, similar environment
  • Proven experience with High-speed production and packaging machinery including; Bottlers, labelers, palletizers, conveyor
  • Experience performing Preventative Maintenance and regular work on packaging and bottling equipment
  • Troubleshooting PLCs
