Using the table management software: strategically seats guests, updates table status to expedite service, and ensures wait times are kept to a minimum, providing an excellent guest experience
• Assists guests who have inquiries about local attractions, including other wineries, restaurants, hotels, etc.
• As often as possible, thanks guests for visiting and inquires after the quality of their experience
Excellent spoken and written English skills
Flexible schedule including weekends, some holidays and evenings as necessary
• Intermediate computer skills; experience with customer relationship management (CRM) or other database system, restaurant reservations or table management systems
• Experience as a restaurant host/hostess or hotel concierge, foreign language skills are a plus
• Knowledge of local Napa Valley attractions, wineries, restaurants, hotels, etc.
