On lance une entreprise technologique développant un produit SaaS qui aide les prêteurs agricoles à accorder plus de prêts plus rapidement et à moindre coût.

On cherche un co-fondateur technique pour diriger l'équipe technique en charge de l'infrastructure, de l'architecture et du design, et utiliser ses connaissances techniques pour piloter le développement du produit.

Veuillez noter : Ceci n'est pas une opportunité d'emploi chez Diagram Ventures, mais dans une nouvelle entreprise créée via notre modèle de studio de création d'entreprise. L'entreprise dispose de financements de capital-risque et d'un premier client / partenaire de conception.

L’opportunité

Les services financiers agricoles représentent un marché gigantesque – 18 milliards de dollars aux États-Unis, et offrent des marges plus élevées que d'autres secteurs de prêt en raison de leur nature spécialisée. L'agriculture a plus que jamais besoin de services financiers robustes, face à la hausse des taux d'intérêt, à l'endettement agricole atteignant des sommets historiques, et à la disparition graduelle des petites banques en milieux ruraux, surtout alors que 40 % des terres agricoles américaines devraient changer de mains dans les deux prochaines décennies. Malgré sa taille, le financement agricole est largement ignoré par la fintech, les produits technologiques existants ayant du mal à pénétrer le secteur agricole. Cela laisse un vide comblé par un groupe fragmenté d'institutions financières centenaires qui ne peuvent pas développer de technologie de prêt agricole moderne par elles-mêmes, résultant en des processus lents et complexes pour les agriculteurs.

Notre vision c’est d'apporter le même niveau d'innovation fintech à l'agriculture que celui observé dans les prêts aux consommateurs et aux entreprises. Au lieu de concurrencer les prestataires de services financiers agricoles bien établis, on va s’associer à des entités profondément enracinées dans la communauté agricole, comme les prêteurs agricoles eux-mêmes, les assureurs, les concessionnaires d'équipement, les détaillants agricoles, les coopératives, les plateformes agtech, et plus encore.

On rassemble présentement une équipe d'entrepreneurs, de technologues et de professionnels des services financiers. On désire maintenant ajouter à l’équipe un co-fondateur technique accompli pour diriger le développement d'une plateforme moderne d'automatisation des prêts : tu développeras ton équipe technique à travers le temps et bâtiras un produit de haute qualité.

En tant que l'un des co-fondateurs, tu construiras et développeras une entreprise à partir du jour 1 avec une mission significative. Si tu es prêt, tu:

  • Travailleras étroitement avec le PDG fondateur pour définir la vision du produit et la stratégie technique, et ultimement piloteras l'exécution de cette vision
  • Mettras en place l'infrastructure technologique, les processus et les normes dès le départ - sélection du stack, définition de l'architecture, etc.
  • Mèneras la livraison du MVP du produit, travaillant aux côtés des premiers partenaires pilotes
  • Construiras et géreras la feuille de route du développement, la stratégie de construction vs achat, définiras et suivras les métriques importantes, les progrès et le budget
  • Construiras et dirigeras une équipe technique passionnée pour développer continuellement le produit en alignement avec la stratégie et la vision globales
  • Géreras les partenaires techniques et les relations avec les fournisseurs
Expérience requise
  • Un parcours prouvé dans des rôles de leadership technique : embauche, direction et développement d'une équipe, idéalement dans un environnement de start-up ou de scale-up
  • Expérience dans le développement et l'expansion d'un produit fintech, idéalement dans le domaine du crédit
  • Expérience dans l'assemblage d'un MVP avec une équipe restreinte, tout en jetant les bases d'une architecture long-terme stable
