Skills and Responsibilities: • Experience in Desktop management • Server, Network and Mobile Device management • Troubleshooting skills on Laptop/Desktop/Security/Server/Camera/Mobile Device Management Softwares • Printer and Network Troubleshooting • Design and troubleshooting Label Design Software • Windows 7, Windows 10, Window Server 2008, 2012 and 2016 Experience • Basic troubleshooting in Manufacturing Technology Software. • Basic VBScript Coding and troubleshooting9. Basic SQL troubleshooting • Rigor to work for customer satisfaction and end user experience • Eagerness to research and explore new equipment, hardware and software technology • Good Health for lot of walking and bend and work for tracing and troubleshooting • Powershell Coding knowledge Thank you for your interest in TCS.
