TalentWorld is recruiting a Operations Manager in Charlotte town, PE for a full-time and permanent position at the airport. As a Operations Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our operational efficiency, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless day-to-day functions.

  • Resolve operational challenges swiftly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow.
  • Coach staff on how to improve performance and develop new skills in a positive manner.


Operations Manager Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience. 
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of direct management experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams. 
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.
