We are seeking Personal Lines Account Managers who excel in providing comprehensive client service. In this role you will be managing a portfolio of accounts and supporting clients with their personal insurance needs.
Deliver comprehensive, expert service to clients
Collaborate closely with producers and insurance partners
Manage renewals and process endorsements efficiently
Assess risk exposures and recommend tailored insurance solutions
Guide clients through the claims process with confidence and care
Prepare insurance applications, proposals, and documentation
3+ years of Personal Lines brokerage experience
Technical & Analytical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (required)
Experience with EPIC, Compu-Quote, and broker portals considered an asset
Strong commitment to professionalism and delivering expert service to clients
