Dr. Meladee Farr at CityVet White Rock is expanding her practice into Urgent Care, and we are looking for wonderful veterinarians just like you who are seeking schedule flexibility in their careers to join us as we offer extended care to our amazing human and furry clients.
How is this opportunity different? Unlike many other Urgent Care opportunities, you are working alongside Dr. Farr, the clinic owner veterinarian who opened her first clinic in 2014. She goes above and beyond to support her team and has helped mentor and guide many successful DVMs. She cultivates a positive work environment where people enjoy taking care of their patients, each other, and the Pancetta, Dr. Farr’s pet pig who is a frequent clinic visitor. Because Dr. Farr is the owner, she cares about each of her teammates personally and is committed to their development.
Available Shifts
-10 Hour shifts from 8:00am-6:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm on Weekdays and Weekends
-Variety of additional shift opportunities also available
-Up to $175,000 per year plus production or $2,000 plus per shift

We partner with talented veterinarians (like Dr. Farr) to own their CityVet clinic. CityVet provides support, capital, mentorship, and business coaching to each location and partner. Autonomy – Dr. Chip Cannon created CityVet with the vision of giving veterinarians their rightful opportunity to practice medicine their way. There are no quotas or manuals you must follow – just lots of hands-on experience with mentors to guide your development.
Support - CityVet has SIX DVMs on its executive team. It is the only veterinarian company FOUNDED by a Vet, OWNED by Vets, and LED by Vets for 25 years. Since we are vets, we know how to support them and help them be successful and happy in their roles. We support the business part of the practice, so you can focus on doing what you have wanted since kindergarten–making animals healthier. We also take care of you with the following:
- We offer unlimited earning potential – Our progressive comp model has no limit (and no pressure). You’ll receive a base salary as soon as you join.
