Le rôle :

Nous cherchons un alternant dont les missions seront d’accompagner la Directrice de la Communication (50%) et les Directeurs de Création (50%). Les missions seront les suivantes:

Assistant Social Creative :

  • Veille quotidienne des réseaux sociaux : analyse et décryptage de l’actualité, des dernières tendances, phénomènes culturels, derniers formats, les créateurs/streamers/influenceurs du moment, les activations de marques concurrentes, etc.
  • Rédaction et création de contenus créatifs pour les clients de l’agence.
  • Participation à l’élaboration de campagnes et activations pour les comptes actuels de l’agence et dans le cadre d’appels d'offres.

Content manager pour l’agence :

Présence social media et digitale de l’agence:

  • Gestion des réseaux sociaux de l’agence, proposition, rédaction et production des contenus, publications et suivi des conversations et publications sur TikTok, X, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube. Veille des tendances et news social media et agences, pro-activité pour la création de contenus.
  • Gestion du site internet de l’agence, rédaction et traduction de blogpost, mises en ligne et actualisation du site (bonne maîtrise de Wordpress nécessaire)
  • Rédaction / traduction (de l’anglais au français) chaque semaine de la Revue du Social de We Are Social puis relais sur nos réseaux sociaux.
  • Participation à l’animation du réseau social interne de l’agence, suivi des conversations, création de contenus.

Événementiel :

  • Coordination des événements internes et externes de l’agence

Autres missions :

  • Coordination du rapport digital global annuel We Are Social
  • Échange et coordination avec nos homologues des différents bureaux We Are Social dans le monde, sur des missions de communication
  • Participer à des événements pour capter et publier du contenu en temps réel (concerts, festivals, etc.).

Profil recherché :

  • Issu(e) d'une formation bac +4/5 (en cours de formation universitaire / école de communication),
  • Passionné(e) par le monde du web et plus particulièrement par les médias sociaux, les nouvelles technologies, le gaming, les nouvelles tendances… Une première expérience en agence ou une certaine connaissance de ce secteur est un plus.
  • Vous êtes doté(e) d'un excellent rédactionnel, d'une orthographe irréprochable, et maîtrisez l'anglais.
  • Vous maîtrisez Internet et les outils informatiques (Photoshop, Suite Google Drive, Wordpress).
  • Vous êtes dynamique, curieux(se) et créatif(ve), pro-actif(ve), ouvert(e) aux autres et doté(e) d’un bon relationnel.
  • Vous êtes également rigoureux(se), organisé(e), et vous aimez la polyvalence dans vos missions quotidiennes.
  • Vous savez être autonome et à la fois adorez travailler en équipe
  • Alternance d’un an, au rythme de 4 jours en entreprise et 1 jour à l’école par semaine (sauf périodes ponctuelles de semaines intensives ou examens)
