~ You will also be using a balance of highly analytical as well as highly creative ideas to software design & development activities. We have a team who thrives in a fast-paced and innovative development environment where business and technical experts collaborate to deliver the best digital health solutions that our clients have come to expect. 1-3 years of experience building enterprise grade or web-scale software using Java and Open-Source technologies.
~ You have earned a post-secondary diploma or degree and/or relevant working experience in business, technology, or engineering.
~ Strong conceptualization ability, excellent ability to translate abstract ideas into working, high quality code.
~ Develop and maintain applications using Java (Spring Framework), Oracle, SQL, XML, JSON, Junit and numerous JavaScript libraries such as Node.js, Vue.js, Angular.js
~ Familiarity with commonly used IDE tools like Eclipse/ Intellij, Database tools like PL-SQL Developer
~ Working knowledge of Github or other version control tools.
~ Participating in design and code reviews with a focus on ensuring your solutions are high quality, secure, reliable, and performant.
~ Strong collaboration skills demonstrated through the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, quality control analysts and security experts, as examples
~ In conjunction with our contract with the Federal Government, you will be required to have Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B)prior to your start date . Fingerprinting, Criminal Record Check, Credit Check and you must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years and hold Permanent Resident or Citizenship Status.
