We are partnering with a forward-thinking banking client to launch their first Auth0 implementation, aimed at streamlining their onboarding processes with a secure and compliant solution. This is a unique opportunity to lead an advanced Identity and Access Management (IAM) project within the banking sector.

As the IT Technical Lead, you will take a hands-on leadership role in designing, architecting, and deploying a cutting-edge Auth0 solution. You will oversee a development team, ensuring a secure, compliant, and seamless deployment while actively contributing to coding and system design.
You will act as a key technical stakeholder, translating updates into business-friendly language while ensuring best practices in development and DevOps.

Oversee a development team's daily tasks, sprint planning, and mentorship.
Ensure best practices in both development and DevOps while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates in a clear, business-oriented manner.
Drive team growth, performance improvements, and code quality.
Own system architecture and high-level design decisions for the Auth0 implementation.
Make well-informed technology choices to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
Conduct code reviews and ensure the overall quality of technical deliverables.
Deployment & Integration:
Oversee the end-to-end deployment lifecycle of Auth0, ensuring advanced features like policy implementation and multi-tenancy are effectively configured.
Ensure seamless integration of Auth0 with AWS infrastructure and existing banking systems.
DevOps & Security Compliance:
Implement and maintain robust security and compliance practices aligned with banking sector regulations.
Utilize Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines for efficient infrastructure management and continuous deployment.
Provide 24/7 post-deployment support and troubleshooting as needed to maintain system performance and security.

Key Technical Requirements:
Proven, hands-on experience deploying Auth0 solutions in production environments, including advanced configurations (policy implementation, multi-tenancy).
Java & Spring Security:
~ Proficiency in Java, with Spring Security (or similar Java EE frameworks) experience for IAM/security projects.

Kubernetes & DevOps:
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps best practices, and infrastructure automation.

Experience: 7 to 10 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 3 years in a management or technical lead capacity.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage complex deployments, and mentor engineers.
Hands-On Coding: Must still be actively coding, with a strong grasp of architectural decisions.
Agile & Project Management: Experience managing sprints, shifting priorities, and ensuring on-time delivery.
Must be ready for immediate onboarding and available for 24/7 post-deployment support.
Demonstrated ability to improve team performance and technical processes.
Regularly coding and willing to dive into complex technical challenges.
