Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar leadership role within the HVAC industry Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems, diagnostics, and maintenance practices Completion of HVAC Training Program or apprenticeship. Journeyman Refrigeration/Gas tickets preferred Valid drivers license with clean driver's abstract required Clear criminal record check required Must provide own hand tools and safety boots Ability to work extended hours as required and participate in a rotational on-call schedule Experience with Service Titan or similar software Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities Skilled at troubleshooting and explaining the why in simple, clear terms Passionate about teaching, coaching, and growing others Tech-savvy with tablets, software, and notes Proud of quality, ethics, and craftsmanship Demonstrate high emotional intelligence Strong written and verbal communication skills Compensation: A competitive compensation package, inclusive of comprehensive benefits and RRSP matching, will be offered to the successful candidate based upon their background and experience.
