As our Paid Service Beauty Advisor, you are an expert in all thing’s beauty You’re here to guide our clients on their beauty journey at the Beauty Studio & beyond. It’s not just about the product, but about making a client's day through teaching, inspiring, and playing, together. Best of all, you’ll love working with our diverse teams and leaders, who really care about you and help you evolve.

  Provide Personalized Beauty Consultations: Understand clients' beauty goals and recommend suitable products and services.
Perform Beauty Services: Provide customized beauty services, including makeup application and skincare treatments. Showcase your expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Stay updated about the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Handle bookings and rebooking of beauty services.
Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Be part of sales events and promotions, driving customer engagement and contributing to the store's sales goals.

1-3 years' prior experience in retail sales or services.
~ Knowledge about trending beauty products.
~ Passion for client service and selling.
~ Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
~ Sephora heavily invests in training for our store associates – not just product knowledge but building a personalized career plan with you so you can achieve your professional goals.
