Help a company in future acquisitions
• Competitive compensation package including Pension Plan
Conduct financial assessments for mergers and acquisitions
• Analyze financial implications and risks
• Conduct thorough examinations of corporate transactions
• Ensure regulatory compliance and operational protocols
• Assist in contract negotiations with financial insights
• Contribute to strategic planning with financial evaluations
• Prepare financial statements and reconciliations
• Assist with audits, budgeting, and forecasting
• Support tax filing and regulatory compliance
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
• Assist with ad hoc projects

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent; 3-5+ years of experience in finance/accounting/M+A
• Sound comprehension of legal and regulatory frameworks pertaining to corporate governance,
• acquisitions, and employment regulations
• Proficient in Excel with a robust analytical and financial background
• Prior exposure to established accounting software preferred
