THE JOB

Join our team as a Truck Helper, where you'll play a vital role in assisting with bulk waste collection. Responsible for the routine collection of residential and commercial waste, as well as recycling material in designated areas, you'll operate side-load or rear-load trucks and deliver materials to disposal sites. This hands-on role involves physical exertion, including repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling of receptacles weighing between 50 to 75 pounds daily. Additionally, you'll work with hydraulic equipment, adapt to various weather conditions, maintain clear communication with drivers, and ensure safety protocols are always followed. REQUIREMENTS

Candidates for this position must possess steel toe work boots to ensure safety on the job. Additionally, applicants should be physically fit and capable of performing tasks that involve repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling. The ability to work in all weather conditions is essential, as this role requires outdoor work regardless of the climate.
