Lead Data Management and Analytics for Domtar from Montreal, guiding a North American team across reporting and data platforms. This full-time permanent role combines leadership with operational service delivery.
As Senior Manager, Data & Analytics, you will lead approximately ten professionals supporting Data Management, Analytics, Reporting, and Data Platforms. You will partner with business and technology leaders to improve decision-making, deliver reliable services, and develop talent. The work also strengthens governance and data literacy practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Data Management, Analytics, and Reporting service delivery
- Coach and develop North American data professionals
- Partner with leaders to create business value
- Promote effective adoption of analytics capabilities
- Advance governance, management, and data literacy practices
Requirements:
- University degree in a related discipline
- More than ten years in Data or Analytics
- Experience managing data or business intelligence services
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing talent
- French and English bilingualism, written and spoken
