In your role as a Commercial Sales Coordinator for The North West Company (NWC), you are responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administration activities to streamline the quoting and ordering processes. You will provide support to t he sales team and ensure the smooth execution of sales operations within a company .
The North West Company is a leading retailer to under-served rural communities and urban neighbourhood markets in the following regions: Our stores offer a broad range of products and services with an emphasis on food. Our value offer is to be the best local shopping choice for everyday household and local lifestyle needs. Responsible for responding and preparing quote requests sent in by Northern Stores and or directly by customers including freight directly to specified locations.
Creating purchase orders and shipping labels for direct vendor shipments into communities.
Processing approved sales to be captured on a monthly basis, review with Inventory management quarterly.
Generating invoices to be distributed back to sales representatives for furtherance to customers
Creating Marketing requests for seasonal promotional programs.
A minimum of 3 years administrative experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft office suite, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Reports To: Internal Sales Manager, Commercial Sales
