Good years practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery
• Good years in a senior lead role either directly or indirectly leading a team of SAP professionals
• Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent
• Hands-on functional experience working in the following SAP applications modules S4HANA, MM, IM Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Functional Lead
• Lead Architect History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes
• Experience in SAP development estimation and using best practices in SAP solution delivery
• Strategic and flexible thinker who can implement timely and workable solutions in a developing and dynamic environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills with experience presenting and fielding questions from senior leaders
• Ability to interact with all levels of business stakeholders, from executive to field staff Willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers, management, and users Outcome driven
• Own and drive SAP solutions to support Ag Solutions Procure to Pay business function
• Work either individually or alongside functional architects and analysts to design and implement
• SAP solutions that meet business requirements, follow SAP best practices, and enrich the user experience
• Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives
• Ensure integrity of all solutions in the Procure to Pay space through appropriate testing and quality assurance practices
• Responsible for working with, and providing direction to, 3rd party providers on SAP initiatives
• Work with senior business leaders to facilitate the business strategy with technology by developing a deep understanding of strategy, process, and business needs Host and drive
