(Train the trainers not mandatory, however are considered an asset).Assist in the creation of various Site-Specific Work Plans for Hoisting and Rigging, Confined Space, etc.Participate and engage JHSC members and Supervisors to ensure safety awareness and compliance.Analyze safety performance and make recommendations to continuous improvement.Proactive mentoring in all aspects of on-site health and safety aspects.Ability to work with clients and other Safety Professionals to achieve best results.Regular reporting and planning for set-up and maintaining safety program and culture.DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCEGraduate of a recognized Health and Safety Program. NCSO designation considered and asset, however not required.5+ years of actual on-site safety experience, ICI Construction preferred.Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.Valid Drivers License.Ability to assist with preparation, planning and implementation of JHSC, tool Box Talks.Working knowledge of the Ontario Health and Safety Acts, and Regulations.Problem Solving and Innovation.Team Work and Collaboration
