New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company is seeking a OnBase Administrator to help our client Support and maintain OnBase solutions, ensuring optimal functionality through troubleshooting, configuration, development, and user collaboration.Responsibilities:Administer, configure, and maintain the OnBase EP5 environment, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.Utilize Hyland’s Configuration and Thick Client software through Citrix Workspace to execute configuration tasks.Develop, update, and maintain Unity Forms and WorkView objects/applications using OnBase Studio.Provide technical support by diagnosing and resolving issues related to Unity and Web Clients.Utilize Hyland’s Diagnostic Console and Cloud Portal to troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues.Ensure system stability by monitoring performance and applying updates as necessary.Develop and optimize automated workflows, including ad-hoc and system tasks, notifications, and scripts.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into efficient OnBase workflows.Contribute to EDRMS (Electronic Document and Records Management System) project activities, including system design and documentation.Work with stakeholders to propose solutions based on functional requirements and ensure successful implementation.Continuously evaluate the OnBase solution to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement.Recommend and implement best practices to mature and enhance the system's capabilities.Develop and provide training to end-users on new features and functionalities of the OnBase system.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and support procedures.Requirements:5+ years of demonstrated experience providing OnBase Administration, configuration, and engineering services for OnBase EP5 Global Cloud Services solutions.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).Hands-on experience with Hyland’s Global Cloud Services.Proficiency in OnBase Studio, Unity Forms, Workflow Development, and Hyland’s Diagnostic tools.Experience with Citrix Workspace for accessing and managing OnBase Configuration tools.Familiarity with scripting languages for automating tasks within OnBase.Hyland OnBase Professional certifications are preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.If you have this expertise, and are able to work in Canada, please submit your resume.
