At SMS Equipment our Customer Service Representatives are problem solvers who enjoy working with a variety of heavy equipment. As part of an essential and dynamic industry, our employees are safety focused, organized and thrive in a fast paced environment. The shift rotation for this role is 5x2.
The hourly rate for this position is $24.19 per hour, dependent upon experience.
Maintaining parts inventories including identifying and cataloguing parts and assemblies, ordering, receiving, inspecting, sorting, stock handling, and up selling
Completing and entering all required documentation including preparing invoicing, following and tracking orders, shipping and receiving information for warehouse, data entry of purchase and work orders, and maintaining price lists and catalogues
Processing CORE returns as required and assisting with inventory counts and inspections Other duties as required
Strong focus on providing valuable customer service
Intermediate level of knowledge of MS Office Suite and computerized inventory systems is required
