Freelance/Contract Web Developer (Hybrid) Company: ScaleSelling.com
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next generation websites and web tools. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects as well as follow on others. 

Develop & Optimize : Revise, edit, and optimize web content to ensure high performance and responsive design.
Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to enhance the user experience across all our platforms.
Lead Design and Development : Take charge of various design and development tasks throughout the web development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Relevant Experience : 1-2 years of hands-on experience in web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Technical Proficiency : Skilled in at least one server-side technology (Java, PHP, NodeJS, Python, Ruby).
Excellent ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize projects.
