Our client is a leading construction company that specializes in high-rise building projects and ICI. They are known for a commitment to quality, safety, and innovation. Your new roleWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced High Rise Senior Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around overseeing all aspects of the construction project, from planning to completion. You will develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources as well as ensure that all project team members are working together effectively.Additionally, you will monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential issues and developing solutions. You will be communicating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors on a regular basis to ensure that everyone is aligned and working toward the same goals.Providing leadership and mentorship to junior project managers and project team members is an important aspect of the role also.What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this vital role, your post-secondary education will include a degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field.You should have 10+ years of experience in high-rise construction project management with a track of success of Multi Family projects you have completed from start to finish.You must have experience managing projects with budgets of $200 million or more and have strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
