SST HR Director Permanent, Montreal Responsibilities: - Work independently as the sole health and safety manager on site, responsible for implementing and monitoring the prevention plan, policies and procedures, while ensuring compliance with the corporation's regulations and standards, as well as all legislation governing occupational health and safety.- Good management of work relations- Provide day-to-day support to managers and employees in all matters relating to occupational health and safety.- Actively participate in accident investigations, plant safety registrations and audits, the development and follow-up of corrective measures, and the implementation of an emergency plan.. - Ensures comprehensive and effective training of employees on various health, safety and environmental issues.- Ensures that all information is maintained and entered into the computer system.- Inspect facilities and machinery- Consult health and safety guides and standards- Conduct condition tests- Write reports on findings and CSST and present to Corporate- Chair OHS committeeQualifications:- 2 to 4 years' experience in a health and safety position, preferably in the manufacturing sector- Occupational health and safety certificate (recommended)- BRC and/or ISO certification (recommended)- Bilingualism (French and English)- Coaching skills- Positive, dynamic attitude focused on communication and courtesy- Excellent communication and writing skills- Knowledge of Microsoft Office- Experience in CSST file managementSST Directeur RH Permanent, Montréal Responsabilités :- Travailler de façon autonome en tant qu'unique responsable de la santé et de la sécurité sur le site, responsable de la mise en œuvre et du suivi du plan de prévention, des politiques et des procédures, tout en veillant au respect des règlements et des normes de l'entreprise, ainsi que de toutes les lois régissant la santé et la sécurité au travail.- Bonne gestion des relations de travail- Apporter un soutien quotidien aux cadres et aux employés pour toutes les questions relatives à la santé et à la sécurité au travail.- Participer activement aux enquêtes sur les accidents, aux enregistrements et aux audits de sécurité des usines, à l'élaboration et au suivi des mesures correctives et à la mise en œuvre d'un plan d'urgence.. - Veiller à ce que les employés reçoivent une formation complète et efficace sur diverses questions relatives à la santé, à la sécurité et à l'environnement.- Veiller à ce que toutes les informations soient conservées et saisies dans le système informatique.- Inspecter les installations et les machines- Consulter les guides et les normes en matière de santé et de sécurité- Effectuer des tests d'état- Rédiger des rapports sur les résultats et la CSST et les présenter à l'entreprise.- Présider le comité SSTQualifications:- 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans un poste lié à la santé et à la sécurité, de préférence dans le secteur manufacturier- Certificat de santé et de sécurité au travail (recommandé)- Certification BRC et/ou ISO (recommandée)- Bilinguisme (français et anglais)- Compétences en matière de coaching
