Understand retail customer marketing and the importance and synergy of working closely with retailers and our killer sales team.

Customer Marketing:

Bring our brand to life with 360° customer marketing campaigns that make a splash in retail across Canada and the US.
Work hand-in-hand with our Sales and Merchandising teams to deliver standout in-store marketing experiences.
Partner with the brand team to dream up fresh, creative ways to drive trial in retail.
Team up with Social to craft fizz-worthy retailer activation plans—you’ll own it from planning, to execution, and reporting
Collaborate with Digital Team to maximize digital retailer opportunities—project manage execution

Field and Event Marketing:

Build buzz and brand love through field and event marketing that brings Cove to life in key markets.
Develop touch-free partnerships to help get Cove into the hands of our consumers.
Coordinate the details—product, people, and branding—to make activations seamless and impactful.
Manage the Field Marketing budget from start to finish—you’re an excel wizard.

5-7 years of solid experience in multi-channel retail and CPG marketing.
~ Experience working in retail customer marketing or have launched and managed products through retail and online channels.
~ Can provide examples of successful ownership of end-to-end project planning from execution to measurable results.
~ Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
~ Have executed multiple marketing projects at the same time and can be trusted to deliver with minimal oversight – no micro-managing here
~ Exceptional written and oral communication skills and understanding of the importance of brand tone and voice. Strong interpersonal skills and experience partnering and building productive relationships with the sales and operations teams and external partners.
