William Osler's partnership with the New Grad Guarantee will offer you the opportunity to work in a clinical unit as a part of the nursing team according to the standards set by the College of Nurses of Ontario and William Osler Health System. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement nursing care plans for your patients and their families, report on patient progress and work collaboratively with the healthcare team. The knowledge and skills you have obtained and practiced during your clinical experiences as a student will be applied to your practice as a New Graduate Nurse to support the delivery of excellence in patient-focused care, at William Osler Health System. In addition to the New Graduate Guarantee program, you will be supported through a sponsorship to obtain your Emergency certificate. Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario, if temporary license, candidate will be asked to provide date of NCLEX
Clinical rotation in the Emergency department
