Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, where you have experience in leading and coordinating the development, implementation, and maintenance of cutting-edge technologies for large-scale projects. We're seeking a seasoned professional with extensive project management experience and a knack for technical innovation in both SaaS and custom application environments.

Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.

Must Haves:

• PMP certified with over 10 years of project management experience

• 3+ years of experience managing/implementing SaaS (Salesforce Cloud) solutions and 5+ years managing/implementing custom Java/Angular based applications

• Demonstrated experience delivering large scale projects with budgets exceeding $2M

• Strong knowledge of Ontario I&IT Procurement directives and processes

• Experience developing project/sprint plans and managing project schedules, deliverables, and scope

• Familiarity with Ontario Digital Service Standard and similar digital standards and tools

• Proficiency in DevOps, Microsoft tools, and Agile methodologies

• Excellent communication, client relation, and presentation skills

Nice-To-Have:

Previous experience working in Government or Public Sector organizations

Criteria:

• Criteria 1: Project/ Product Management

  • PMP certified with extensive project management experience

  • Strong technical knowledge in technology stack areas

  • Ability to create and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs

  • Experience with risk identification and mitigation strategies

  • Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering and development

  • Proficiency in product, program, and/or portfolio reporting

• Criteria 2: Relationship Management and Communication

  • Strong communication and mediation skills

  • Experience in team building and relationship management

  • Proficient in negotiation and issue resolution

  • Demonstrated ability in documenting project status reports and tracking

• Criteria 3: Technical Skills

  • PMP Certification

  • Demonstrated experience in technology stacks mentioned

  • Proficiency in online collaboration tools and digital service standards

  • Ability to guide development teams and provide strategic guidance

  • Experience in Agile delivery methodologies

• Criteria 4: Public Sector Experience

  Previous experience in Government or Public Sector organizations
