THE OPPORTUNI

TY:
The Batch Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the precast concrete manufacturing facility's onsite batch plant. They will oversee a team of 2-3 staff. Key responsibilities include performing equipment maintenance, managing raw material inventory, coordinating concrete production, and ensuring product quality standards are

met.
The manager supervises a small team and acts as the primary point of contact between the batch plant and production/delivery personnel. A successful candidate will have the skills to safely operate the plant equipment while resolving any mix issues that arise. The role requires adapting to overtime hours when production demands and typically works a 7am-3pm sche

dule.
