We are a Great Place to Work and Better Business Bureau accredited company, and are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Analyst, Asset Management for our sister company, Wistom Capital.
Evaluate investment opportunities and manage existing investments, including due diligence processes and counter-party relations.
Manage client expectations in line with contract provisions.
Produce reports for Investors, Clients, Project Company Board, and Dealing Representatives.
Update project operating and financial data, manage project invoicing, and distribute project commentaries.
Build, maintain, and manage complex financial models for projects, focusing on incorporating financial and operational updates.
Develop asset and project valuations using a variety of approaches.
Coordinate with project company management team, banks, lawyers, and LPs.
Previous Experience in Asset Management role preferred.
~ Ability to work in both English and Chinese-speaking environments.
