Intermediate Environmental Engineer- Geoscientist
(full-time permanent position)
Location: Owen Sound, Ontario

This position involves (but not limited to):
- Communicate with Clients and team members to coordinate and deliver projects.
- Completion and oversight of field investigations including sampling of soil, groundwater, and surface water quality;
- Completion of reports for Phased ESAs, DSS, Hydrogeological Studies, Landfill Monitoring reports, excess soil, ECA and PTTW/EASR applications;
- Working with other engineering disciplines to achieve project goals;
- Certain assignments may require that you work outside of normal work hours.
Professional Knowledge and Q ualifications :
- 4 to 8 years of experience
- Eng. or P.Geo. designation (or working toward these designations)
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) required
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, AquiferTest, Powerpoint, etc.
- Knowledge of soils, geochemistry, environmental legislation, use of level loggers
- Office and field work expectations
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting, and independently
- Possess a valid driver's licence and have access to a personal vehicle.
