* Previous retail or customer service experience in a grocery setting an asset
* Ability to take direction, adhere to established company policies and follow through with assigned tasks
* Willingness and availability to work a variety of shifts, including: Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, Weekends & Holidays
* Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written)
*Work with the Chef to prepare authentic Indian dishes (vegetarian, meat and seafood)
* Ensure that our food quality, quantity, freshness, and presentation will meet Meinhardt’s high standards (includes following specific recipes)
* Follow all food safety requirements
* Ensure all catering orders are completed on time
* Give every customer immediate and undivided attention
* Train and mentor new kitchen team members
* Assisting with monthly inventory
* Flexible work environment to fit almost any schedule
