Tasks:
  1. Establish work schedules and procedures
  2. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  3. Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
  4. Perform routine clerical duties
  5. Prepare and submit reports
  6. Ensure proper functioning of equipment
  7. Maintain work records and logs
  8. Organize warehouse and work areas
  9. Perform general office duties
  10. Resolve work-related problems
  11. Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units
  12. Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies
  13. Compile worksheets and specifications of orders
  14. Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner
  15. Create, investigate, track, and complete work orders
  16. Prepare and maintain progress and other reports
  17. Provide customer service
  18. Train workers in duties and policies
  19. Arrange training for staff
  20. Conduct performance reviews
  21. Co-ordinate, assign, and review work
  22. Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  23. Follow-up on issues with work orders
  24. Keep track of shipments
  25. Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
  26. Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses
