Reporting to:  Valuations | Forensics | Litigation (VFL) Partners 
Crowe Soberman LLP is more than one of Canada’s premier independent chartered professional accounting firms. We are looking for a dedicated Specialist to join our Valuations | Forensics | Litigation (VFL) team.
The successful incumbent will receive appropriate training to perform the following:
Preparation of business valuations, loss assessments and other financial analyses in the context of dispute resolution
Assist in the preparation of business valuation and analysis of income for support purposes for family law related matters
Prepare forensic accounting analysis of accounting records and other personal and corporate financial information
Conduct valuation and other related research including industry transactions, public company valuation multiples, economic data, industry-specific information, etc
Attend and when necessary, participate in practice development activities such as meetings with referral sources, and conference exhibits
Undertake ongoing training and development to keep abreast of changes and current issues in the fields of forensic accounting, business valuation, family law and insurance claims
Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Ability to perform thorough quantitative analysis
