The Opportunity:
We are looking for a H&S Supervisor to lead the charge in maintaining top-notch safety standards on our client’s high-rise projects. In this role you will collaborate closely with project owners and contractors to develop innovative safety plans and protocols, fostering a culture of openness and vigilance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Conduct toolbox talks and develop safety plans.
Support site managers and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Review contractor safety programs and address violations.
Identify and mitigate safety risks on job sites.
Conduct regular safety training and review safety reports.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective measures.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful:

~4+ years of construction safety experience.
~ Deep knowledge of safety regulations and local laws.
~ Strong leadership experience.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
~ Positive and proactive attitude.
~ Collaborative and team oriented.
~ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
~ Attention to detail and safety consciousness.
~ Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related field.
